What you share

Signup takes place in the Offbeat app. It asks for your name, email and a password. After verifying your email, you create an agency with a name and business country. Invoice defaults are optional during setup.

Your trial

Your workspace receives a 30-day trial when it is created. You do not need a payment card. If you do not subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only at the end of the trial. Your existing data is retained; it is not deleted when the trial ends.

Subscription payments

Only the agency owner can start or manage an Offbeat subscription. Stripe hosts checkout and payment details. The subscription is separate from payments your agency collects from its clients. Pricing and any applicable taxes appear before you confirm.

Local pricing

We estimate your country from your IP address to show regional pricing. Behind Cloudflare we use its country signal. When an IPinfo lookup is configured, your IP address is sent to IPinfo to return a country; we cache the country result for six hours under a hashed key rather than storing the raw IP in our pricing database. Where IP detection is unavailable, your browser timezone can provide a fallback. An optional country override is remembered in your browser for 30 days. We do not request GPS access or a precise location. This estimate never changes your agency’s billing country.

Cookies and email

The app uses session cookies to keep you signed in. Account verification and password reset use email links. Workspace notifications and trial reminders follow your notification preferences. This marketing website has no advertising trackers or external analytics installed.
