The fine print.
In plain words.

These terms apply when you use Offbeat, the workspace for agencies and freelancers in Southeast Asia. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Offbeat for a business, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your password private and your details accurate. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to your agency. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Your data stays yours

Everything your agency puts into Offbeat (clients, time, invoices, files) belongs to you. We use it only to run Offbeat for you, keep it secure and support you when you ask. You can export it at any time, and delete it as described on About your account.

Using Offbeat fairly

Don’t use Offbeat to break the law, send spam, upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours. We may suspend an account that puts other people or the service at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Invoices, tax and payments

Offbeat helps you prepare invoices and collect payments, but you remain responsible for your invoices, tax treatment and records, and for your relationship with your clients. Online payments are processed by the provider you connect, such as Stripe or Xendit, under their own terms.

Price

Offbeat is free right now. If that changes, we’ll tell you well in advance, and you won’t be charged without choosing a plan.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Offbeat, which sometimes means changing or retiring features. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll let account owners know before the change takes effect.

Leaving

You can stop using Offbeat whenever you like: export your data, then delete your agency or your account in Settings.
